We help individuals settle matters outside of court using mediation, collaboration, and negotiated agreements.

You have choices when it comes to your separation and divorce. You can battle it out using attorneys, and have a judge make decisions for you if you cannot agree. Or you can work together with the help of compassionate and experienced divorce professionals to resolve all the terms of your divorce.

Will you air the dirty laundry of your marriage in public? Or do you want to work through matters privately in a supportive and non-judgmental environment?

Will your separation leave emotional scars on your children? Or will you protect your children by working together as coparents?

Mediation and the collaborative law process offer a way for you to separate with grace and dignity. We provide a safe environment where you can discuss practical solutions without the expense, stress, and uncertainty of going to court. We’ll help you divide assets and liabilities fairly, create appropriate parenting plans, and establish independent new lives.

Our Approach

Wherever you are in the process, we’ll start there. Separation and divorce can bring up a lot of emotions. We’ll help you minimize the stress of making decisions and move forward one step at a time. Our style is low-key, non-confrontational, and facilitative. We work in short, focused sessions to give you time to process information and make smart decisions. We are patient and tireless in pursuit of win-win solutions.

  • We maintain an informal but structured environment for our meetings. The process is designed to move you toward agreements.
  • Each party is expected to make proposals based on needs and interests.
  • You are in the best position to decide the needs of your family.
  • Your children should be protected from physical, mental, and emotional harm and financial hardship resulting from your decision to separate and divorce.
