Gina Vitrano

Gina is an experienced family mediator who has a knack for making people feel comfortable in stressful situations. She is an expert with numbers and holds a professional certification from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Gina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from York College of Pennsylvania in 1991. She has worked as a manager in human resources, communications, and marketing departments in the banking and manufacturing industries. Today, in addition to her work as a mediator and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, she operates Brighteye Bookkeeping, an independent bookkeeping firm serving small business owners.
Sean Vitrano
Mediator and Collaborative Attorney
Sean is an NCDRC-certified family financial mediator and collaborative attorney who helps people resolve disputes out of court. He maintains an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Sean co-founded Triangle Collaborative Divorce Professionals, a community nonprofit that offers free monthly divorce workshops. He regularly teaches mediation skills and continuing legal education seminars. He chairs the Collaborative Law and Pro Bono Committees of the NCBA Dispute Resolution Section and is a past president of the North Carolina Association of Professional Family Mediators.
Sean has handled hundreds of appellate cases involving criminal law and procedure, termination of parental rights, and juvenile abuse, neglect, and dependency. He earned his B.A. at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom in 1993 and his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2001.
